Age Gate Mandate: This is an invite-only platform dedicated to mature, adult-oriented concepts. Access by anyone under eighteen (18) years of age is strictly prohibited. By proceeding, you represent and warrant under penalty of law that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Information We Collect: We collect details necessary to evaluate your entry request, including your Name, Date of Birth, Email Address, Contact Number, Closest City, Professional Occupation, Social Media Links, Stated Intentions, and Visual Proof (3 to 5 clear verification photographs).
Legal Basis for Processing: We process your data solely based on your explicit, affirmative consent given at the point of application submission, and to execute necessary pre-membership screening.
III. Data Retention, Protection & Your Rights
Data Minimization & Ephemeral Flow: We implement strict physical and digital controls to safeguard your data. Any government-issued identification processed during the separate Didit verification gate is processed live and instantly discarded; we do not copy, download, or store biometric documentation.
Retention Period: Pending application information is stored securely in our private database and analyzed solely by the internal vetting committee. It is not shared, traded, or sold. If rejected, your record is purged. If admitted, data is kept strictly to preserve your membership profile.
Your Legal Rights: Under UK GDPR, you maintain absolute rights of access, rectification, restricted processing, and the Right to Erasure (to be forgotten). You may request the total deletion of your submission from our database at any time by contacting the platform Administrator.
IV. Absolute Discretion & Confidentiality Covenant
To preserve the physical and digital safety of our collective, you are bound by an absolute, non-negotiable confidentiality covenant.
You agree never to disclose, publish, or leak any identities, locations, media, or private communication belonging to other members of this society. Any breach of this confidentiality covenant will result in immediate, permanent termination of platform access, and we reserve the right to seek civil damages and legal remedies to protect our network.
V. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties: Access to this application and platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding eligibility approvals, response times, or platform uptime.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fantasies Are Reality, its administrators, affiliates, and developers shall hold zero liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, interpersonal dynamics, emotional outcomes, physical safety, or privacy breaches arising from connections made within this platform. Members are entirely responsible for their own boundaries.
VI. The Consent Baseline, Media Release & Governing Law
Consensual Engagement: Enthusiastic, informed, and mutual consent serves as the absolute baseline contract for all interactions between adults. If your boundaries explore consensual non-consent (CNC), you must establish clear safety parameters and safe words prior to engagement. We strongly support the use of physical written legal instruments, such as private Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), to enforce safety.
Media Release Protocols: In the highly unlikely event that official filming, recording, or photography is conducted or authorized by the platform, all participating members and attendees will be strictly required to execute a formal Model Release Form prior to any recording, capturing, or event entry. Unauthorized personal recording by members remains strictly prohibited.
Governing Law: These terms, agreements, and policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Kingdom.
